It's a Rank, I think it means you have 10+ Posts... It's Nothing Special, but it is a pretty cool name :3

It is a part of the revamped Ranking system I implemented. Below is the total ranking system.

Class-D: 0 Posts
Dr. Bright's Assistant: 10 Posts
Technician: 50 Posts
Guard: 100 Posts
Operative: 250 Posts
MTF: 500 Posts
Senior Staff: 1000 Posts.

Special ranks are
O5-X: Assigned to Moderators and Admins, with the Admins getting higher number selection priority.
