Actually, it may be possible to kill 682 with magic; by using the Killing Curse. Depending on how long/thoroughly we want 682 dead, Avada Kedavra may be able to lay him low at least temporarily.

Alternatively, we could use the Imperius Curse and take control of him. Knowing how crazy tough the old lizard is, I doubt it would have much of an effect.

Forgot about that killing curse, that should in theory work. However if Harry DID use it wouldnt he be arrested?
