MAYONNAISE

Today, I could just die.

Seriously, the greatest foodstuff in the world, and today I learned how to make it in copious amounts for real, real cheap. I'm having a hard time expressing just how AWESOME it feels knowing that a $9 jar of mayo can be made for what probably works out to $2 in eggs, oil and vinegar in no time at all. I mix the stuff into my rice all the time, and no more must head out on shopping trips to restore my stash.

Also awesome? I buy my eggs straight from a farmer, so they're about a month fresher than supermarket eggs.
