I'm guessing this is a request for several utilities that'd be helpful for making cinematic scenes and stuff for the game. I think that noclip, noclip speed, and the new notarget should suffice, as well as spawning npcs. But I am interested in what other additions could be added for such a mod.

In that case, I'm gonna keep the debugHUD project on hold for the time being.
I may continue it if the bug reports section eventually gets any decent attention, or if I ever start a "Debug" build of the game.
So this thread is now only for the console mod and command additions.
