Glitch, you obviously don't like the story. And that's fine, you're entitled to your opinion. But you honestly don't seem to understand the tone we've been trying to pull off here: silly with references scattered around, while still having serious outline for the plot. Understand that we're trying to please people and keep the atmosphere of the original game (which is still pretty difficult considering it's candy-colored ponies adapted into a top-class horror game). Pleasing "people", as in, the general community. The majority, not the minority. We're not going to change things because you don't like them.

I have no problem if you don't like the story, you have every right to voice your opinion. Just, try to understand the time we take to come up with ideas that can still work together.

This isn't a hostile comment. I'm just defending the things I actually put some thought forth to make.

To me it feels more like a badly explained grimdark, sorry if I have offended you, just I'm one of those everything must be perfect kind of people, and certain flaws are a pain to my jimmies.

While I personally don't see the entire story as grimdark, I think it will still be a bit, well, flawed either way we go about it. I mean, it's certainly not easy to make two extremely different universes meld together as one and expect everything to be hunky-dory.
I understand what you're saying, but we've got to pull some strings and stretch things out so this SCP Foundation counterpart can make sense in the MLP-verse, or at least try to make sense of it.

I just played the mod, and it is awesome. Weird thing is i'm not a true brony.
Also, holy shit. Rainbow Dash is scarier then SCP-106. The pocket dimension scared me shitless.
Great job! The only problems I found were bugs and really stiff animation, but I don't blame you. This is still very early in development. Isn't it? O.o

I would guess so.
The mod will become bigger as the main game gets updated.

I don't really see how any of this can be really considered 'grim dark', when it's a horror game mod to begin with. Not to mention that any relatively realistic depiction of a government funded organization akin to that of the Foundation is of course not going to be sugar coated with little quirks and such. Even when the show My Little Pony is involved. While I agree that the tone is a bit off in some instances, I'm guessing that a more ideal one in your eyes is a MLP mod that takes itself less serious, because hey! It's ponies.

I personally like seeing the MLP universe on a more standard level with ours. There's hardly ever mention of death, or many underlying tones in the series (save for Applejack's parents and various others), and it intrigues me to see such a different take on the idea of magic, flight and ponies. Some parts of the story are a bit too serious, but I'd rather it be a badly explained grimdark than a badly explained fairy tale.

I always thought this was going to be a humorous mod, but I guess not. If this mod is going to be grimdark, at least make it make sense.

Maybe you all should figure out exactly what kind of atmosphere you are aiming to create, a more lighthearted one akin to the show or a more darker realistic interpretation. I feel adding in a more real depiction would be an interesting move since the show MLP, like most shows of similar caliber, don't really explore serious themes.

Also on a personal note, I dislike it when someone makes a post that is a quote of someone else and states "this". I prefer it when someone at least explains why they think that is a good idea.

I do think the story should be DESTROYED, and then just have no background story, just one that is enough for notes.
