Re: What i have to do?
#2First, you have to reach the electrical room and disable the remote door control system, then find 079 chamber and talk with him, enable the remote door control and look for Gate-B
There you go :3
There you go :3
Re: What i have to do?
#4Step 1) Find keycard (we'll assume Level 2)
Step 2) Go to 914. Refine the keycard on Fine until you get Keycard Omni
Step 3) Go to power room. Disable Remote Door Control on the switch panel.
Step 4) Find SCP-079 (the AI)
Step 5) Find power room again. Turn on Remote Door Control.
Step 6) Find Gate B. Dodge MTFs. Go into elevator to surface.

Re: What i have to do?
#6Well, thats basic strategy at least. Bare minimum required, but you'll probably want other stuff too (Since he says he's a noob, I'll post it here)Mirocaine wrote:Nailed it in every respect, 682.SCP-682 wrote:Step 1) Find keycard (we'll assume Level 2)

1) Gas mask- get one in the beginning and can find them elsewhere. Put it through 914 on Very Fine for unlimited sprint. Comes in MAJOR handy, especially in Maintenance tunnels- you can outrun 106 before he even comes out of the ground.
2) S-NAV- found in office. Keep batteries until you get it through 914 on Very Fine. Reveals all rooms and lets you track 106 and 173 (and in the future, 096)
3) Radio. Not necessary to win unless you want achievements (I've gotten the full list, so go me) Can give the code to Dr. Harp's office (Set to 7816) by default, has no use otherwise. Refined on Very Fine, it gives static, and some short buzzes that give the code to Dr. Maynard's office.
4) Dr. Maynards Office. 2 ways to access, as the keycode changes with each seed, load, death, etc. The radio on 914 way, the other way is a burnt note in SCP-106's pocket dimension which displays the code. Really, theres nothign of major importance in terms of gameplay, but it advances the story
5) Contain SCP-106- just find his chamber. Disable magnets, turn on sound transmission, hit femur breaker AHHHHH GAHHHHD WHY AAAAAAAGGGGGGHHHH then turn magnets back on when the camera screen goes to static. Helps majorly, but so late in the game naturally that it may just lead to being trapped by MTFs.
6) MTFs are a pain in the ass. Just don't hold still and they'll probably miss. But without the unlimited sprint gas mask, you're pretty much fucked. Thugh if you've disabled door control and talked to 079, then dodged them once, they go to their main objective of securing the facility- first thing they do is re-enable door control, so you may not have to backtrack to the beginning to find the power room. When 079 says on the intercom "The doors to Gate B are now open" control is back on. Now GET THERE before the MTFs.
7) Getting through rooms- unless playing on Keter, blink and save before going through each door. If on Keter, blink before going through. Listen for scraping of SCP-172, and memorize rooms SCP-106 has a chance to spawn in.

9) Eyedrops aren't entirely necessary. They help in a sticky situation with 173, but with experience in getting in and out of rooms quickly, they become pretty much useless. And don't refine them, all I'm gonna say...
10) Once you get out at Gate B, you have to dodge a helicopter and MTF soldier. I have yet to find out specifics of how to get past them, so do 1 of 2 things- One, put on your super gas mask and RUN or two, move slowly, watch for hostile fire, and hug the wall.
And thats how you beat SCP Containment Breach.

Re: What i have to do?
#7That's very helpful, I never knew that a gas mask refined in SCP-914 on Very Fine gave you unlimited sprinting capacity.
Re: What i have to do?
#8Most people don't I've noticed. I have no idea when it was added. I just replayed 0.2.0 and it wasn't there.SFK363 wrote:That's very helpful, I never knew that a gas mask refined in SCP-914 on Very Fine gave you unlimited sprinting capacity.

Re: What i have to do?
#9However, you cant escape the facility completely, the facility can be nuked, unless you destroy the warheads, you can try to go back, and die from a nearby helicopter, should you choose to detonate nukes or they arent used in Gate B even if on, or remain in the final room, have the warheads detonated, and die to a MTF group that walks through a nearby door
