Press F3 on your keyboard and use "Noclip on" to get out.
This bug is in the original game as well.

Fly directly upwards and you should find the Maintenance tunnel entrance.

Yeah, you can disable noclip with "noclip off" in console, thing is you're probably going to run into similar bugs in the game.
