Hey, that's actually alright! But then what's the point of the background SCP anymore? Perhaps the player could be a pony affected by 963 whle Dr. Bright is in Canterlot.

Sounds good, only problem is 963 doesn't work on ponies, only anthropoids.

We should say they found SCP-9341 after civilian reports of "bright, flashing lights" and presence of a phenominon similar to the stylized spectrum from before.

Backstory is quite insistant that it has no anomalous properties before being secured..

And I don't think a mountain side would work because of It's strangely specific activation properties, thinking about it It's probably more of an anomalous object than an SCP.
