Aren't hotel quality prisons a bad thing? But then again you get people over here breaking the law to get into even worse prisons.

I haven't done it myself, but we see it in the news a few times every year, and in news reports from prisons now and then in the evening news.

I did not read the whole thread and im not sure it was already said. but isn't banning guns a violation of the second amendment? (the right to bear arms)

i agree and im not too sure about what militia means myself, but I believe it means something about the military. and if it hasn't already done so, did the ban and all go through the supreme court yet?

Believe it or not, it's to make sure the people are strong enough to fight against the government if it gets too powerful.
