Probably on-going investigations. I'm not entirely sure, seeing as the second suspect didn't cooperate too much until two days ago (or something). Also, "truthfulness" isn't a word associated with someone who causes terrorism, so they couldn't really take his word 100% without clarification.
Speculation, speculation. Just an unfortunate circumstance that got him there in the first place. However, it's good to know Red Menace isn't being held any more.
