I will gladly help when I have the time (I was originally working on some props for this SCP), although I'm not sure this project is really dead. As far as I'm aware they are just holding off until Regalis is ready to start implementing it in the game. MonocleBios created a test version which should be located either a few pages back on this thread, or on the "860-1 progress" thread, so you can download that if you would like to get an idea of how it can work in the game engine. Either way if you wish to bring the project back to life I'm sure it couldn't hurt :)

Is it possible for SCP 860 to appear within the next update? As long as the basic algorithm for the forest and 860-1 is complete (as well as the textures for the forest), then you could implement it within the next version of the game. If necessary, you could just leave a placeholder model for 860-1 as was originally done with 096 upon its first appearance.
