1. He looks like a gun, and ACTS like a gun, so he is a gun.
2. Even if you can't use it, you feel more secure, which is something you don't want poeple feeling in a horror game.
3. That cheat code idea is completelyy useless and stupid.
4. No challenge. It either does nothing, or makes the game completely easy if you can fire it.

SCP-127 is still a gun, doesn't matter how you look at it, and Regalis doesn't want guns in the game for the player to use.

It is more of an extra than anything else.
1.I like to see 127 as a teeth peashooter other than a powerful firearm( since in the post about it says: "its unstable and not worth as a firearm".), anyway it ISN'T supposed to kill anyone until you beat the game, maybe it could be a mode where you kill guards with it instead of NPC's, would that make more sense? Also is literally gun, it isn't though in a technical stand point(or into practice if like better)

2.As I said, it isnt about the shooting, is the challange and fake illusion we will give to a player, messaging it and keeping in clear, WE DON'T USE GUNS IN THIS GAME, subtile enough, but tru SCP fans will get the reference.

3. Isn't it playing video-games the same? But why do we play it, to bring joy to our life, a do something we cant in real life, experience fantasies that you can only imagine in your dreams, take away any stress you have and most importantly HAVE FUN!

4.Is actually more challanging, as I said before, YOU GOTTA BEAT THE GAME, you beat the game once... you unlock cheat code mode, you beat the game once WITH SCP-127, you get the code to use it into a new easter mode: "Guard Revenge Mode".

It seems to be turning this game into something it isn't either way. A mode where you run around and shoot guards sounds just awful for a horror game.

I did read it, before you edited it. My point still stands.
I had trouble with the forum interface, I deleted my first replay as an accident and had to rewrite it, meanwhile that happened you wrote your replay.

Now please read the SUBJECT post it self (the first thing you read on the forum post)

I really don't think Regalis will add any gun at all, even if it is an SCP. Guns are not allowed. Period.

What you want is to make a horror game into FEAR. Which is a horror game wannabe, except that its not scary since you can kill anything that comes into view.
Anything that resembles a gun, no matter how bad it is, will not be added. Understand that.


Also, quit it with the "Have you read all the posts?" because if we have a different opinion doesn't mean we didn't read it all.
