We're mainly just going for a slightly more lighter tone than CB. So maybe not as serious as CB but not as silly as say, the WTF Mess-up Breach mod.

I thought Rarity was 173... must be my old not updated version.

860 is still somewhat un-decided at the moment, I think we'll only worry about it once it's added in-game.
