Gale took the ring and holstered the weapon. He watched the doctor leave, then looked to Slade.

"We really have to do help him out, but what can we do?" He wanted to press about it, then said, "You know what?? Forget it, he'll be better off now. Want to get some food?"

"Yeah, sounds good lad. You know? Screw it I'm leaving to buy a buncha pizza's there's nothing here. Wanna tag along? Though we'll probably need to change our clothes"

"Sure I... Dammit, do you have something to hide my face? I don't want to walk around being stared at, and this gas mask ain't gonna help me".

"Hmm just wear a sweater with a hood on ya, its already pretty late and dark so no one'll notice."

Gale pulled on a sweater from his room and met up with Slade.

"We'll take my car, eh? Town's a few miles down the road, it should't take us long"

"Sounds good."

Slade stopped by his room, to grab some ammo for his handgun. And a pair of jeans with a leather jacket.

"Alright, lets go."

They exited the building where the parking lot lay. There was several cars, though most had been close by the old facility. Considering this, Gale wondered if they would have to go back and check the facility. He voiced his concerns about this to Slade as they approached an old, deteriorating pickup.

"Naw we're fine, uh how many will we need for everyone at the site ya think?"

"Maybe four, five. They'll definitely need the food. You ever ridden a pickup?"

"Yeah, during my time in the IDF I drove em a lot."

Sladed climbed in.
