Jesus christ guys. Regalis just finished his service at the army, and what does he see? The forum screaming "The old engine sucks, give us a new one!"
That coming from the very same people that praise the hell out of whatever Update of SCP-CB was released.
You want a SCP game on a different engine? You're welcome to try it yourself. Sorry but people are starting to sound immensely ungrateful here.

Anyways, moving off of that, my current project is coming along nicely... you might say it'll make you over the moon...
Re: Dev Topic #3
#303Good then go ahead and implement itInnocentSam wrote:It's possible, but seeing as the game is fine without it, there's no need to redirect effort from new content to aesthetic pleasures.

But still there are the MAVs and the SCP's AI and all that stuff so yeah..

#304This has convinced me its SCP-120, i'm with Omniary on that.InnocentSam wrote:Anyways, moving off of that, my current project is coming along nicely... you might say it'll make you over the moon...
I agree with Serimah, afterall, It's whatever Regalis decides, it's his game and if hes not comfortable with other engines, then he doesn't have to change.
ERIC IS LOVE, ERIC IS LIFE.
Re: Dev Topic #3
#305This is what you guys have to note. It is Regalis' desicion, and I haven't seen anyone screaming. We made a very sane vote on it, and the majority of the people say a new engine. Since Regalis' made the game, it is up to him to accept it or veto. 2/3 vote!SCP-500 wrote:I agree with Serimah, afterall, It's whatever Regalis decides, it's his game and if hes not comfortable with other engines, then he doesn't have to change.
Re: Dev Topic #3
#306I don't seen anyone screaming at Regalis to make an engine change, it is merely an suggestion from what I can gather with some good points.

#308That's clearly a demand, not a suggestion. But yes, most people here do ask "nicely".]If he's coming back, he'll have to address the problem of the new engine. There is practically no competition as to whether we should do it or not, but I'm worried that Regalis might choose to stick to the familiar engine despite our protests.[/quote]Ltn Vasquez wrote:If he's coming back, he'll have to address the problem of the new engine. Something went wrong here.
Anyways, I did not demand. I made a suggestion before, I just hope he accepts it rather than deny.
