also D-class are only taken from outside death row and jail in exceptional situations, usually because the person is being irreversibely affected by, or intimately related to, a scp object. The Foundation is not the monster under the bed, kidnapping people at random, they are not the big bad or the psycopathic researcher.

I don't undertand the obsesion with making the Foundation evil or needlessly cruel, clearly we have not read the same wiki.
