No, you just have to find it. The map generator spawns all rooms that spawn once and are required, then spawns in all the additional rooms. I think you are just having problems finding the room.
This, required rooms are set to have a 100 percent generation rate.

I spent almost an hour on some map seeds looking for the Electrical Centre. I did numerous laps around the Entrance Zone with my S-NAV Ultimate in hand, and didn't find a damn thing. I don't think it's me.

You know,I'm going around in circles to find the Electrical Center,I didn't find it,I'm pretty sure it is not on the map seed.
Have to resort to escape by Gate A.
I'm done,I'm really done here for now.Screw this bullshit that I'm getting from other people.I can't tolerate this anymore,and I'll fuck off from now.

I like MLP when I didn't even watch a single episode,except for when I watched the first half of Equestria Girls,I kind of get bored and I dozed off.
