Agreed. But then, I haven't really enjoyed Metroid since its first release back on the Gamecube (which many people dislike, but I genuinely enjoyed it...).
Metroid needs a good recent release, desperately.

And not by Yoshio Sakamoto. He did ok, but his decisions for this game have proven him to be undependable for a good Metroid game.
