Holy hay! I too missed a lot.

I see you all like this new story better. Like the title says, some of the elements were derived from headcannon. So you most likely never heared about the relationship between Luna, Celestia, and Discord. Here is a link to the first epeisode of the headcannon. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=WFv1pcJe00U. Now it's not a cartoon, but rather a story told with a series of stills being shown in relation to the story.
As for communication, Twilight could use Spike, and foundation personnel could have walkie talkies. I'll figure out the rest of them eventually.

Nightmare, I like your 1025 pages more than mrpeanut188's. So I vote for yours.

LTF-714 should remain the Alicorn Amulet. It only corrupts magic users, all other ponies are unaffected by it. But for the sake of this mod, and if the D class you play as is an earth or pegasus pony, we could say that it provides the benefits offered by SCP-714.

I did, but I didn't bother breaking it down. Though one thing really bothers me about it, if FS starts going arouny killing ponies, why would two scouts just stand there and have a chat about it instead of running away?

The Nightmare Forces are cannon. If you read the MLP comics, you shoukd know exacly what they are.
They are a group of entities that feed off the fears and insecurities of ponies. When Luna became gealous of Celestia, they fed on her in an equivelant way to what's in my story. Eventually, Luna allowed them to take control of her, turning her into Nightmare Moon. In the comics, Nightnare Moon doesn't come to be, but rather Nightmare Rarity.

So in order to make this story make sense, you resort to assuming that your head canon is true and that Luna and Discord were some kind of close friends, despite the fact that she helped banish him for eternity.
Those kinds of youtubers usually pull information out of their ass, you can't assume it's all canon/true.

"Alright Spike, lets write a letter to the Princess"
"Really Twi? You don't need to send her another letter, we're out of scrolls and my claw is cramping"
"Celestia said to use you to keep her updated on current events, current is now"
"But nothing is happening...I'm going back to Ponyville..." *Turns to see Ponyville, covered in a giant bowl and it's residents enslaved by Trixie* "fine, what do you want me to write...."
Meanwhile, the volunteer ponies Bright forced to join the foundation have no idea what Walkie Talkies are.

Is Trixie still in this? Because her part had some horrible implications to the time line.
