Pinkie Pie was found roaming the area around Sugar Cube Corner which was littered with party hats, confetti, and the lifeless of bodies of ponies. The field crew who found her immediately began to approach Pinkie with caution. When they were about fifteen meters away from pinkie, a sudden movement from a gray furred pegasus with a blonde mane and a cutie mark composed of seven bubbles, had caught their attention. All field crew members began to run to the survivor's aid. When field crew captain [DATA EXPUNGED] had reached the pegasus, he turned around to give his squad an order. Instead of his squad, he was met with Pinkie standing not a meter from his face. Realizing the imminent danger, he grabbed the survivor and ran backwards being sure to keep Pinkie in his sight. He radioed the LTF Foundation for assistance, which arrived not long afterwards.

After captain [DATA EXPUNGED] had reported the incident to Dr. Bright, Bright had produced a theory based on his experiences from the SCP Foundation. Seeing as how Pinkie Pie had only moved once the field crew's back was turned, he explained that Pinkie couldn't move when they were looking at her. He also theorized that blinking would allow her to move as well. But since there were so many ponies looking at her with different blink times, she still couldn't move. Furthermore, he explained that the only way field crews could capture her, was to restrain her in a way that prevented her from walking about. After few days of attempting to relocate Pinkie Pie, field crews had succeed in containing her.
