My favourite RTS Game would have to be Impossible Creatures.

Oh? I'll have to look that one up. I generally play Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance, but sometimes I'll boot up Age of Empires 2 for the nostaliga.

I have mixed opinions about them. One one hand I really like to manage resources and build up my army in games like Empire Earth, however at other times it feels like it is too much work and it feels repetitive. I feel like it depends on the scale of the game for it to feel right to me.

FTL, for example, feels much more organic than Empire Earth. Both combat and resources feel much more fluent due to its simplicity and the ability to pause at any time. It also doesn't feel as bad to lose because, unlike Empire Earth, I can restart and not have to grind materials for an hour in order to rebuild what I had before.

On Supreme Commander, Intel, and the will to be a "Cheating Bastard" with breaking any rules, is key. Once, I teleported 3 Aeon Sub-Commanders into a lake near the enemy base, 10 minutes later, 5 Galatia Colossi came walking out onto the base. Didn't even need my backup 3 CZARs

Windows 8.1 was released yesterday, i installed it on another partition yesterday, and today, these are the pictures i took: If you want to download the ISO, go find it, if you are greeted with a installer, download it, it's not a virus, it will just install, after it installs it will allow you to download the iso, it won't download the iso through chrome however, it will just download it from the website.
