Why can't you just like the show and leave it at that. This is primarily why some people hold mild disdain for those who refer to themselves as 'Bronies.' (fuck I have to use it here to prove a point) It isn't because they think it's homosexual or deviant, (which to be fair it can be given the suggested demographic and how you define deviant) but rather because it looks like you have to build this generalization of a community on the basis of such a vague interest, pretending as if the term 'brony' isn't just a synonym for MLP fan. At the end of the day, the MLP fandom is in no way structured differently than any of the infinite amount of other fandoms out there, stop acting like you're any different.
