By pick a character, I mean pick an existing character(Can be human such as Class-D, Scientist etc. or pretty much whatever you want) and make voice lines for them.

Is there a place where I can get a script for all the different characters in the game? I'll be sure to add my own stuff ( within reason )

Not exactly sure where the scripts for the characters' speech is, but you could ask Reg. The Class-D's need some speech, they're pretty much mute at this point
