Note: I couldn't find Metamorphic Hazard in Dr. Gears' warning signs. I don't want to use Lycan's warning signs because their designs are too different, so I just put Self-Replicating Object.

Edit: Just realized I didn't black and whiten SCP-005's picture. I will do so after responds.

Alright. Although, the Cognitohazard label is kinda blurry because the original warning signs are smaller than the ones you guys added. I can't find where the warning label originally is.
