It's a fucking anomalous statue constructed from concrete, rebar and traces of Krylon brand spray paint.

It's not an alien, just bound to different laws than the ones found in here, mainly the fact that it can move on its own will while technically not being a carbon-based organism.

Is still a legitimate sketch depicting him as I though he looked, because being sincere, at first glance it looks like a weird beta placeholder.

No. You said how you read the Document and thought it looked like crap so you wanted your own idea reinforced.

So yeah I am issuing a challenge everyone is free to join. Draw a SCP the rules are.
You can only draw an SCP that does not have a full pic in the document like SCP-173,SCP-131 or SCP-247.
Partial pics or super blurry are ok like SCP-682 or SCP-372.
You need to stay loyal to the document so don't give lets say SCP-096 a pair of wings.
Read the document a few times to make sure.
Try to do something that hasn't already been done please no more 682s.
Try do something cool don't anything boring like SCP-148.
I look forward to seeing everyones submissions.
