I have a few, among countless others:

I paused to take a breather after a certain event (I forgot which one...), then "STOP HIDING" came up after about 30secs. I literally had chills down my spine for the very first time ever :shock: this was my first experience with the game's form of encouragement.

:173: 173 didn't like me using the console... I was no-clipping through the map to see the new features, and disabled it every now and then to test the different events. As I left 035's room (if I remember correctly), I was passing through a corridor, and 173 decided that it was the best time to say hello... I don't think I had godmode on at the time. It put me off playing for a while.

:MTF: I once rounded a corner to a group of MTF soldiers. Gave me a massive heart attack, but I managed to get away without getting shot at (somehow) :?

The scene with the unlucky janitor at one of the end rooms :'( I spat all over myself in shock...

Back in the day, when Tesla gates were new. I was not aware of such contraptions, so when I ran through a seemingly harmless corridor, I got the biggest 'shock' of my life :P :( you'd think I'd learn after the first time... no, I still had no idea what shocked me (the screen was really dark, and the monitor's auto-brightness didn't help at all (it darkens when the screen gets dark, and vice versa -_-)), so I kept running and walking through each and every corridor. Every now and then, a series of electric shocks, and I jumped at every one of them.
I'm patiently waiting for the day to come when I accidentally snap a table with my knee while playing this game, while my best friend watches me (she's fond of horror, but unless it's Slender, she'd rather watch me endure the pain of experiencing it first-hand) :)

playing green demon mod(just released it)
go to 895's room.
look at camera because I never went in there before,
screen tones down,
sees smiley face and shit,
took the nopetrain to pausedgameville,
STOP HIDING,
hears 079 talking about 106 or something,
runs down the stairs,
106 happens,
runs up again,
173 comes out of nowhere all like OHAI BAD TIME IS IT NOT?
tries to run while looking at him,
finds server room with 096 event,
waits for event to end so I can leave,
106 comes,
starts circling around the room with 106 following me,
gets in the server room, with 106 at my ass,
gets out,
alert's 096,
runs for it like there is no tomorrow,
sees 513-1,
runs other way backwards like 'NOOOOOOOOOOOOOEEEEEP NOPE NOEP NOEP SOE MATCH NOEP'
The 106 stops.
Sweet relief...
then 096 comes along at that moment where the benny hill theme begins,
runs,
106 is back,
runs,
both gone,
I was tricked by them.....
173 is back,
runs away,
pauses,
STOP HIDING again,
tricked again....
the 106 is BACK again,
they all come, and they are all looking at me like a gang, blocking my way,
I run, and I was killed by ALL THREE AT THE SAME TIME.
there was proof as the death message glitched and said ALL 3 death messages of each SCP.

Tricked 3 times by those fuckers. :173: :106: :096: :shock:
What is funny is that it was april first.
