I know this is a lot like SCP-173...

...but you should add SCP-650. Maybe not normally in the game, but it would be a cool easteregg.
Description: SCP-650 is a black statue of a stylized humanoid 167cm tall. The statue does not possess hands or facial features: the limbs taper off into rounded points and the head is a smooth surface all around. The default posture while under observation has the statue reaching upwards, head tilted as if facing the sky. Composition of the statue is currently undetermined; materials testing has yielded inconclusive and contradictory results.

If the statue is not being observed, it will relocate itself to a point immediately behind whomever is in the containment site and assume a threatening posture. No noise is made during this relocation process, so the precise method of locomotion is as of yet unknown. The relocation point and posture are typically close enough to induce an automatic fight-or-flight response in the observer once they turn around and see it.

However, it should be noted that the SCP has not yet shown any signs of active aggression or hostility. Based on trial responses that varied the amount of time between breaking and re-establishing line-of-sight, its purpose does not seem to be to attack but merely to startle. The reason for this is unknown, and no further research is pending to determine its motives.
You could have it as a "cheat code" of sorts--say you beat the game, now you get to play with 650 instead of 173.

I think it has a higher "uneasiness" effect because of that - unless you turn around, everything will appear normal to you, no sounds, nothing. You'd never know if it was there. In order to make it stop following you, you may need to lock it down like you'd do with 173. More, 079 may randomly open and close doors so what you thought was well locked some rooms away may well be behind you right now. And that doesn't necessarily lead to jump scares either; just the fact that the statue is right behind you in awkward poses and following you until you lock it down somewhere is unnerving enough, plus the fact that there is the mentioned probability of it escaping said containment. To enhance this effect, little documentation should be given, or for example one of those documentation papers spread around but with the key-parts blotted or absent. This way the player is always unsure of what the thing behind him is. As a final note, it may also block the player; for example, when you encounter 173 in such a way that your decision is to walk backwards, you may be blocked by 650. Which again leads to unnerving situations.

I think this suggestion is rather nice, now that I've written my opinion. Shouldn't be hard to code/model either; it's a static model (with variants corresponding to poses mentioned in the article), simple black texture, much like a harmless, smaller 173. The obvious similarity between the two might be a problem; but if the frequency at which they are found is moderate, that shouldn't be very concerning.
SCP-079, SCP-294 & other models / SCP:CB Inventory Mod
I confirm you can win SCP:CB on Keter using only a keycard.

Actually, you know what? What the Hell, it could actually work nicely. How about ze Devs play with the idea of it not making noise by having NO music accompany it? I think one of the reasons why 173 scares people is cuz of the music, if you have no music it would just create more of an unease affect.
