He is saying that for the second riddle, you should PM. Honestly, it seems about as stupid as him not understanding the sarcasm that took place on the previous riddles. I probably could have said that it was a red spy and I probably would have been taken seriously.

EDIT: I'm not stupid, you confused me there when you said limiting to scps in CB. Frankly I even mentioned it was everything.
