SCP:CB gives me more jumpscares than this game.

As above,

Interesting mechanism
Decent atmosphere
but not as scary as CB.

Warning this may spoil people who haven't played the game:
Spoiler
Pretty much jumpscares like Bonnie I would expect when I close the security camera.
Freddy? No, not even golden freddy.
Heck not even Foxy creeps me cause I expect him to come out the door the next second.
Chica? No, just no...
As for SCP I have more fun with this game simply because I don't expect and I don't know when 173 is going to pop up, when 106 will spawn, Where 096 will come, where 049 is, When will the next 513-1 appear, and all those Troll Buzzers by this guy :079:.

I find that hard to believe.

Haha do not take this as a offense... Also CB isn't scary that much.
Really this game is scarier? Well I think of this as a casual game for me, but that game... NO! I REFUSE TO PLAY IT!

Example I am an amateur youtuber and map maker for source games who became interested in SCP: Containment Breach when Markiplier posted his episodes on said game.

I saw that Markiplier played this, but why do I keep seeing it? I know Markiplier would be more popular than the last time I saw him, but this the amount of attention I would expect from a game that pewdiepie played (see flappy bird/ goat simulator).

*30 seconds later*

... Markiplier has 3 million subscribers... I suppose that answers why this is so popular, but... How much? How much did Markiplier's work deteriorate to allow such a number of subscribers? I suppose that's a weird question, I mean, maybe his work actually stayed the same quality, maybe it got better, maybe...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HiT5BwG43eg

... I lost hope.

Anyways the game, yeah, the topic at hand, uh... never played it... never watched it... looks stupid. That's all I have to say.

Actually now that I think about it I might as well say that I suppose scp:cb isn't much of a horror game... pretty good terror game though. (Freaking glitching, jump-scaring scp-173)

Wherever you see Foxy putting you in a costume, think of me :3

I think of what does the fox say, also this game isn't everywhere on the forums.

I think this game does a decent job making the player slightly more paranoid as the game progresses. It's not THAT scary, but getting caught off guard by one of the demonic animatronics does make me jump slightly. The only one that really got me was the Poster Monster/Gold Freddy. I didn't expect one to be able to teleport with both doors closed.
Fleeing from SCP-????

you guys are confusing Jump scares with Scary.

jump scares scare you by popping out and making loud noise, like alittle sister that jumps out and says boo. but is a little sister scary? not really.

the game is scary. its atmosphere and characters are the most frighting thing i have ever seen.

please dont confuse Jump scares and scary again.

Ahem.

Jump scares are scary, though some consider them cheap attempts at scaring the player. This is not always the case. If a jump-scare is built up well, it can be legitimately terrifying on multiple occasions.

Five Night's at Freddie's does this. It builds up to jump scares, but that's not all that scares people. The game builds up a feeling of paranoia, that you know you are going to die but you don't know when.
