When i was browsing the scp file everything seemed normal until i found this picture, its titled mc.jpg

It's a picture taken from SCP-990's file on the SCP Foundation wiki.

Currently it's not used ingame. Although for me, in 1.0.6 the texture isn't in the GFX folder.

Like Cridone said. it's SCP-990's SCP page portrait. Though, it seems SCP-990 it's self has been taken out. Just what looks like bombing in the background. Maybe Regalis is Hinting to SCP-990 as an ACTUAL SCP in game, and not just in a loading screen (CWM). Maybe you fall asleep if you take a drug you got from 914, and you encounter SCP-990, and he tells you a deception of the end of the world. Then you wake up when he is finished, and he says "Hmm. Looks like my time.... Is up."
