I don't know if this was addressed in an older thread, but I just wanted to ask, what the heck is up with the game SCP-The Fear? There's nothing more beyond the Alpha (or should I say pre-Alpha) version on YouTube. Did the creator just get bored and stopped developing it or what?

The creator said he was cancelling the project due to lack of motivation and personal life taking over much of his spare time.
