So I'm assuming you're giving Fluttershy the same attributes as 096, you do know putting a bag over his head won't stop him, right?
And what stops Fluttershy from removing the bag herself :v

This story on LTF-106 (Rainbow Dash) is somewhat OK, save for one puzzling matter, which I'll come to in a sec. First, some re-wording.

What evidence did Dr. Bright gather to make him suspect that causing deliberate pain to a lure subject would get Rainbow Dash's attention? On top of that, how would he also know that she can be stopped by a magnetic field of all things?

I'll add those in.

He had come from the human world if I remember correctly. If he knew SCP-106, he knew that the painful screams of a person would luer 106. He also knew that he was contained in a containment unit that was floating via a mag-lev system. That's how Bright new the way to contain Rainbow.

What are your ideas on how he got to Equestria?
